Sep 11, 2016-Once again Dr Govinda KC has given ultimatum to the government for addressing his demands.
m September 19 if his demands were not addressed until September 18.
KC also said he was drawing the attention of the government after it remained indifferent to the commitments and agreements made with him on different dates.
