The trail to this remote valley left untouched by civilizations enter from near
Chame, on the trail of popular Annupurna trek. Exploring the valley to the
north, visiting Phu village situated on the edge, we travel south to Nar
Village. The valley along with the Thoche village is surrounded by Peri Himalaya
to the north, Gangla and Kangguru to the east and Damodar Himalaya to the west.
Despite the prosperity of the other area in Manang, people in this valley have
remained untouched until now. Their dialect is different from others and they
have not left their nomadic tradition.
There are three Buddhist monasteries dedicated to Nyingmapa sect. Nar Phu &
Thoche valley is the closest area that pre Budhist tradition, culture and
rituals are still in tact. The trek passes through Meta, Phugaun, Chako, Kang
La, Manang, Muktinath finally ends in Jomsom from where we fly back to Pokhara. |

20 days trekking on full board basis, breakfast, lunch &
dinner during the trek, 4 nights accomodation in Kathmandu
and Pokhara in a 3 star hotel on bed & breakfast basis,
flight from Jomsom - Pokhara - Kathmandu, full trekking
crew, trekking gears, services of guide, cook, porters,
insurance for the Nepalese staff, Entry Permit for Annapurna
Conservation Area, necessary transportation and staffs,
equipments, fuel, meals, walk in/out to Manang.
